Attendees will investigate the refreshing, aromatic wines that go so well with the foods of summer.  We'll discuss vinification techniques winemakers use to preserve the heady aromas of these refreshing wines, as well as talk about ideal food pairings.  Summer recipes, designed specifically to enhance these wines,  will be included with the class notes for each attendee.  The wine line-up
