Come join Sylvester Winery to celebrate Harvest Festival and the release of our Kiara Reserve Zinfandel. All weekend long, we will be offering Gourmet Cheese and Chocolate Pairings, homemade Saganaki Fondue, Wine Grape tasting, Olive tasting, and Barrel Samples. The main event will be held on October 18th at 6:30 p.m. Master chef Walter Filippini will be creating a Gourmet Buffet Extravaganza. This event will be held in our new Wine Park and Events Center which is adjacent to the main winery building. The buffet will feature Lobster claws, Prime Rib, Jumbo Prawns, Karabuta Pork, Pates, Proscuitto di Parma, Pumpkin Gnocchi, Venison and Polenta, Homemade Ravioli, Balsamic Glazed Chestnuts, Gourmet Cheese, and Italian Desserts.
