The Mark Weston Band playing Pop favorites will be featured at the fourth in the series of five concerts from 5 to 7 p.m.   Bring a picnic and a blanket and cool down the hot August night in the garden.   $10 concert entry fee includes limited wine tasting.    Finger food will be provided for a fee to benefit the Lucern...
