Tour La Espanola--a family run sausage making facility in the South Bay, then sit on the breezy bougainvillea-lined patio sipping Spanish wine and munching on house made Spanish sausages with bread, cheese and olives awaiting Mama Juana’s famous paella. Enjoy an exclusive discount in the deli on this day only.

Registration through South Bay School of Cooking only...La Espanola does not handle registration. Registration mandatory--no walk-ins.
