Monterey Wine-Thanksgiving Day Champagne Dinner at TusCA Ristorante

Executive Chef Mark Ayers promises traditional favorites as well as inspired new flavors to sample with an extensive and sumptuous buffet and champagne. The menu includes Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque with Candied Pumpkin Seeds, Honey Roasted Ham, Roasted Young Tom Turkey with Sage Stuffing and Sherry Gravy and Tuscan-inspired such as Osso Bucco with Saffron Risotto and Gremolata. There’s even a sushi station, for a variety of freshly prepared sushi rolled before your eyes. The David Morwood Jazz Band will provide live music throughout the day, creating a spirited and festive atmosphere.

Just for kids, a special mini-buffet (at “kid-height”!) offers children’s favorites including Carrot & Celery Sticks with Dip, Mac & Cheese, Chicken Tenders, Tater Tots, Sliced Fruit, Chocolate Cake and more.
