2005 McKeon-Phillips Pinot Noir, Santa Barbara County This wine starts with bright red berries and spice on the nose followed by sweet spice, bright red berry fruits and a hint of charcoal on the finish. Light tannins
2006 ZC Red, Templeton Gap, CA. 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Syrah and 23% Cabernet Franc. This wine offers ripe cherry, raspberry, toasty oak and cedar with well balanced tannins on the finish.
2005 Kukkula 2005 IPO, Paso Robles, CA. 80% Cabernet, 10% Syrah and 10% Zinfandel. This wine offers plenty of dark berry fruits and plum with toasty oak on the finish. 391 cases produced.
2005 James Judd & Sons Vineyards Barbera, Paso Robles, CA. Made of 100% estate grown fruit, this wine bursts with aromas of blackberries, vanilla and a hint of smoke and toast on the finish. Pairs well with steak and tomato dishes, including pizza. 700 cases produced.
2005 Christian Lazo Petit Sirah, Paso Robles, California. Inky black with white pepper roasted nuts, and red fruits on the nose and palate. Rustic, yet elegant. 125 Cases produced. 2005 Penman Springs Syrah, Paso Robles, California. 98% Syrah, 2% Muscat, this wine offers smoky plum and meaty red berry fruits on the nose and palate with a touch of toasty oak on the finish. 288 Cases produced.
