In what will be an unparalleled culinary tour de force, the Celebrity Chef Tour benefiting the James Beard Foundation is thrilled to announce that five top-tier chefs will recreate the famed James Beard House dinners at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa’s popular T. Cook’s on Thursday, September 4th at 6:30pm.

The dinner promises to delight the palates of the most discriminating epicureans. Award-winning Chefs Brian Cooper of The Old House at the Inn & Spa at Loretto in Santa Fe, Jonathan Gelman of The Driskill Hotel in Austin, Robert Nyerick of Miramonte Resort & Spa and Ristorante Brissago in Palm Springs will join Host Executive Chef Lee Hillson and Host Pastry Chef Pierino Jermonti to prepare a unique, citrus-inspired menu.
