Legendary Emile’s Restaurant is pleased to announce their 2nd Annual Summer Winemaker Dinner. Owner, Alexandra Dorian and her Award Winning Culinary Team have designed a sumptuous 4 course dinner paired with the exceptional wines of Esterlina Vineyards. Save the date for Wednesday, July 30, 2008 Dinner begins at 6:00pm. Advanced reservations secured with a credit card are required to hold your reservation. Esterlina Vineyards is a California boutique winery located near the Mendocino coast off the beaten path in a city called Philo. Esterlina, Spanish for Sterling and an apt name for this winery, produces wines that are handcrafted. The Sterling family grows the grapes, makes the wine, and bottles each varietal they offer. While the wine conglomerates offer similar varietals, few wineries make their wines the way the Sterling Family does: bottle by bottle. From their world-class, award-winning Russian River Valley and Anderson Valley Pinot Noirs, to their sought after Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, wine enthusiasts love Esterlina wines.
