| Quattro diners embrace a true Italian experience while tasting a plated four-course menu featuring rustic Italian cuisine with a seasonal flare each month. In August, diners will enjoy a contemporary Italian meal featuring fresh beans such as butterbeansand fava beans, which pair perfectly with Perlerin’s exceptional Tournesol White, Sangiovese and Syrah.
Diners can take a comprehensive look at the artistry behind Perlerin Winery and personally meet the chef and wine maker. Quattro’s Osteria nights typically occur on the second Friday of each month.
What: Featured wineries have included Chandon, Flowers, Beaulieu Vineyards, Bernardus, Pisoni Vineyards and Tablas Creek. August’s Osteria introduces their new menu items featuring the highly acclaimed wines from Pelerin Winery. Head wine maker Chris Weidemann will be available to answer queries while pouring his liquid creations into diners’ glasses.
The Menu: Courses by Executive Chef Alessandro Cartumini include: Crudo of Fluke; Fresh Garbanzo with Cucumber relish and English Pea Burrata Foam; Homemade Reginette Pasta; Venison Ragu with Fava Beans, Pecorino Sardo and Sorrel Pesto; Pan Roasted Black Sea Bass with Iacopi Farms Butterbean Puree and Grilled Sweet Gem Lettuce with Lemon Balm Green Zebra Tomato Vinaigrette, or Grape Leaf Wrapped Berkshire Pork Tenderloin and Guanciale Pulled Pork with Kentucky Wonderbean Salad; Strawberry, Cranberry Bean Consomme; Red Bean Cha Su Bao; August Teaser features Heirloom Tomato Sorbetto.
Cost: Cost of the dinner is $85 per person with wine pairing. The à la carte menu is also available.
