The French Cellar announces the twelfth in a series of twenty Wine Appreciation Classes for the year 2008. "Champagnes!" will explore the various and unique Champagne styles and blends from the small family-owned vineyards to the larger well-known Houses. Eight unique Brut selections will be poured, from the more subtle to the most complex. Class will be held Wednesday July 30th at 7 PM, at 32 East Main Street (at College Avenue) in Los Gatos. Cost is $90 per person, including a light buffet of French cheeses, pates and fruit. Please note, classes are limited to 16 participants.
